Microsoft Access 2013 Command Button Sizing Issue

Access 2013 and forms are not rendering properly in my new laptop. Screen resolution set to 1920 x 1080 and size of text, apps 125% as recommended by manufacturer for best viewing appearance. In this setting Form buttons appearing oversize. If the setting text size changed to 100% problem resolved but 100% text size is not ideal since it leaves the text small.
