SSH Key "Learn more" link results in 404 error

In my Azure quickstart template https://portal.azure.com/#create/Microsoft.Template/uri/https%3a%2f%2fraw.githubusercontent.com%2fAzure%2fazure-quickstart-templates%2fmaster%2fapplication-workloads%2fsas%2fsas-viya%2fazuredeploy.json when I hover over the INFO icon for the "SSH Public Key" parameter a popup box appears with a description and a "Learn more" link. The link takes you to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/virtual-machines-linux-mac-create-ssh-keys?WT.mc_id=Portal-fx which gives a 404 error. I can control the INFO description in my azuredeploy.json template file, but I cannot control the link.
