For the first issue, check to make sure that the font formatting of the Caption style is set to Automatic (not white or the color of the background).

Is the caption part of the table or outside the table?

    Hi Masoud,

Problem #1 This is going to have to do with your particular document and formatting. It sounds as if the caption may not be appearing on the page.

    Problem #2

Your caption may be in a Text Box. If so, select the text box and delet it.

    For your problem #3,

Try formatting the text in the last row of your table to have the paragraph formatting of "keep with next." If that does not work, reduce the size of your table so that the caption will fit on the page.

If you want, save a sample document with the problem on OneDrive or Dropbox and paste a link here. Remove any confidential or sensitive information first. I or someone else can take a look at it.
