In Microsoft offie 365 mail hosting online, can you tell me why the NT Authority / System user logs into my account and changes mailbox permissions and then performs the same security changes at random times?

Hello JB_Ad,

Are you running the audit log in Office 365? Note that records for activity performed by system accounts (such as NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM or SHAREPOINT\system) are also included in the audit log. But don’t worry, it will not affect any functions, permissions or business. It just shows the activity records of system accounts.
