Hello,

How can I print the whole gantt using the Agile Gantt Template?

The default is to print only 2 months, but I need the whole gantt.

Thanks.

    Hi Keren,

    Sorry about all the inconvenience.

I don't think the Excel Agile gantt chart template could be imported to the Project. Because the data structure might not be mapped during the importing procedure.

Another workaround I could think about is, you could extend the gantt chart table like below(The columns after BL are the extended columns):

So all the Months could be displayed on the worksheet, no need to move the scroll bar any more. The limit here is you need to reformat the row 4 Months.

Then, you should be able to print all the months at once.

    Regards,

    Alex Chen

    Hi Keren,

Thanks for your query in this community.

For the Agile Gantt chart Template, as you mentioned, it only display 2 months on the Excel worksheet.

If you would like to print the gantt chart for all the months, I am afraid there is no choice but to change the Project Start date on the cell F3&G3 or use the scroll bar to switch to the month you would like to print.

And then, print those months separately.

    Regards,

    Hi Alex,

First of all thank you for reply.

Actually this is very bad for me because I need to print the whole gantt in one paper (a very big one in a printing house).

Do you if it can be possible with the "Print Areas" in excel, maybe using formulas?

If not, maybe you know what is the fastest way - export to MS Project?

    Thanks In Advance :)

    Hi Keren,

Haven't hear from you for a while, did you print the Gantt chart successfully?

Feel free to post back when you have time.

    Regards,

    Hi Alex,

The easiest way as you suggested just worked, I extended the columns BK, BL... So I could see all the months (18 months in my case) in one sheet, without the dedicated scroll bar.

For the export to PDF file, I couldn't do it into one page through the normal Acrobat Reader, but only through Acrobat PRO DC (with set Print Area and File---Print, not Save As PDF).

    Thank you very much.
