Minimizing excel file

i am having a problem when i open Excel file in Excel 2016 it automatically minimizes. its very annoying. How to get rid of it.

    Hi SFA,

    Pressing hold down Ctrl key and press F10, Maximize the window?

    Right click at middle area of header on excel file, and choose size, once it turns to the directional arrow, press up arrow key to increase the height, and side arrow key to increase the width. press enter to fix the size.

    Now close excel and open again and check it keeps the desired windows size?
