OneNote Error Interrupts Typing

My OneDrive is currently full so my OneNote can't sync. I keep getting a popup error about it not being able to sync. I don't want to increase my OneDrive space at all. But the error keeps interrupting my typing every few seconds. So I'll be in the middle of typing and suddenly I'll get a *ding* because I'm no longer in the text box. This happens even when I don't exit out of the current error message. It is extremely frustrating, especially as I use OneNote to take note during class. I need to be able to get this error message to stop so that I can type like a normal human being. How do I fix this??

Of note, I also tried contacting customer service and was told that there are no support options available for me, so I guess I'm not getting any help there?

Hi AJSchuster,

I'm sincerely provide you with instructions and help.

Actually, all the notebooks you using are stored in your OneDrive but not local drive, which means once your OneDrive is full, you aren't able to add new pages any more.

Under your situation, I have two suggestions for you.

1.Save your space in OneDrive and delete all unnecessary files.

2.Create a new Microsoft account that will have 5 GB free storage for OneDrive.

Hope my answer give you a bit assistance.

Regards,

Eric
