I am an independent advisor to assist you with this issue. Sorry to know you're experiencing this problem.
You should try out this options;
Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings... > Protected View --> uncheck the top and bottom boxes
- Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings... > File Block Settings --> change the radio button to the bottom option
- Download and save CSV file from website.
- Launch Excel.
- Drag & drop saved CSV onto Excel window
