Hi,

I get the following error message when I try to access outlook

"You cannot access this right now

Your sign-in was successful, but does not meet the criteria to access this resource. For example, you might be signing in from a browser, app or location that is restricted by your admin."

Is this possible? If so how and where would I find the settings?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

Based on the error message, it seems that some policies may not allow you to access the Outlook online resource outside your organization network.  For more details, you can try to contact your admin to confirm it.  For your reference https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/conditional-access/overview.

Moreover, if you access the Outlook with a  Borwser, please try to open the browser with InPrivate mode or change other browsers to have a check.
