Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
I would use the Support link to open an incident report - the office 365 support staff would have access to your account on the backend.

I converted a Shared Mailbox to a regular Mailbox. I did this by clicking on the Shared Mailbox, then on the right side, clicking on "Convert to regular mailbox". All of the conversion processes went through OK. The Shared Mailbox disappeared from the Shared tab in my Exchange Admin console. I clicked on the Mailboxes tab (still in the Exchange Admin console). The Mailbox never showed up.
Is there a way to get back the email that was in the Shared Mailbox? This Mailbox was never a regular Mailbox before, I had originally created it as a Shared Mailbox, so this is not a Deleted User issue. Under Mailbox Delegation (in the Shared Mailbox tab), I made sure that the User with Full access permissions still had a User account and License. We do not have our own Exchange server. It is all kept with Exchange Online.

I was looking under Active Users for the Mailbox to show up. It disappeared from the Shared Mailbox screen, so I clicked on the Active User screen and waited and refreshed and waited and refreshed and closed and reopened and refreshed and waited. It has been over 3 hours and has still not shown up. I have checked on every screen of my Exchange Admin Console.
Hello, the mailbox will be an active mailbox, the only that you need to find in the active users is the display name associated with the shared mailbox and assign to this user an exchange online license, if you want to verify that the mailbox is still in exchange online, you can connect to PowerShell and try get-mailbox mailboxname.
Yes, I refreshed the page. I have opened and closed all of my Administrative consoles. It has been over 3 hours since I did this and it is not there.
Hi Jeff,
Did you refresh the page? Is it listed under users (in the main Office 365 admin page) ?
