Access 2016 conditional formatting works sometimes but not always, is this a bug? I use conditional formatting a lot in Excel and access is not much different. sometimes the conditional formatting works just fine, but after reopening the form the formatting does not show, but will appear later on as i'm using the form. any help would be appreciated.

    Hi there,

My name is Ryan and I am an independent advisor here.

This certainly doesn't sound like correct behaviour for Office Have you tried running a repair?

    To do so

On the Windows Start screen, type Control Panel.

    Click Control Panel.

Under Programs, click or tap Uninstall a program.

Click Microsoft Office 365/Office 2019 and then click Change.

Select Repair then follow the prompts

If prompted for Online or Quick, choose Online.

    I hope this helps!
