"My Templates" missing

Hi,

The My Templates add-in is missing from my users Outlook and from the add-in area on the O365 admin portal. All that is there is the add-in for Insights. I have not made any changes to the add-ins, it just stopped appearing today for my users.

Has anyone else had this issue?

    They came back but have now disappeared again.

    Is there an issue with O365 add-ins?

    Are you the global admin of your tenant? Can any other admin of you tenant see these missing add-ins in the list?

    HI Huni,

    Thanks for the reply, I can confirm that it is missing from Outlook and OWA.

    It is also missing from the link that provided.

    Hi Tom,

    Thanks for posting in our forum. According to your screenshot, you cannot see the default add-ins in the Exchange admin center – Organization – add-ins, right? In this situation, please also check if the My template add-in is shown in the managed add-ins list.

    Meanwhile, I’d like to confirm if the add-in is missing from both Outlook client and OWA.
