Shape Data Sets not Displaying/Working

Hi,

I am quite an experienced Visio user - and have been using Shape Data and Shape Data Sets for a number of years.

Recently the Shape Data Sets functionality just stopped working.

When I right click on the header of the Shape Data and select "Shape Data Sets", nothing happens

Normally the shape data set window would appear.

I have uninstalled MS Visio and re-installed it.

Still no success.

Does anybody have any idea why this might be happening and/or how to correct the issue?

Thanks in advance.

Dirk

We have different editions: Visio 2016 and Visio Online Plan 2 (which named Visio Pro for Office365 before October'2017).

can you clarify about it or share
