Custom Formatting Question

I am currently using this custom format to quickly show trending up or down:

[Green]▼0.00%;[Red]▲0.00%

Is there a way I could keep the arrows turning green or red but have the values/percentages stay black?

I can't figure it out.

To:  Crothu,

Re:  custom cell format

Following may not be practical, but...

Uses two columns:

Column C is formatted as:  [Green]▼;[Red]▲;0;@

Column C contains your data.

Column D is formatted as Percentage

Column D cells are equal to Column C cells;   D2 is:  =C2

Can you provide below information to check

    1.  Initial Data

    2.  How are you applying above format.

    1. How arrows should change based on data.

Detailed Screenshots would help to better understand your requirements.
