Lab won't launch

Am attempting to launch the lab on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/modules/secure-cognitive-services/4-exercise-secure-cognitive-services but it always fails with message : Hmm, something went wrong or Lab access suspended and the documentation provided doesn't help https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/support/troubleshooting
