Excel sheet shaking

We use Volume License Microsoft Office 2016. One of our employees is having an issue with Excel. The whole excel sheet starts shaking and jumping when the user is editing the file. Sometimes just selecting a color from the color palette and sometimes adding or deleting a column. Even had a issue with file preview. Only excel has issue from the Office suite. It's random not every time. I scanned the computer many times for any malware, but nothing is detected. Scans were performed locally and remotely. I have used multiple vendors to be assured that it's not a virus. I have even replace the Laptop.

The excel file has macros many macros. The max size of a file is 700KB.
