PowerPoint notes printing issue

Hello,

I work in a college, and a lot of students are unable to print their 'Notes page'.

When you click, 'print notes page', the PowerPoint slide cuts in half, and the notes don't appear. This is when using Powerpoint online or desktop. Please see image below...

Unable to identify what the issue is. Any ideas?

This is caused by editing the presentation with PowerPoint Online. The only fix is to edit the XML. Here are the steps for doing that: Notes pages are odd-sized

You can report this bug to Microsoft in PowerPoint Online by choosing File>Help>Give Feedback to Microsoft.
