Excel - To generate unique ID

Hi, could you please advise how to create unique ID for data below? source data in column G, but not appear in every row, any formula i can use?

please note that also the row for each staff is different each time.

please advise. thanks in advance

    In C4:

    =IF(LEFT(E4,8)="Employee",G4,C3)

    Fill down.
