    Hi Betty,

thanks for reply and i figured it out and its now setup to "send".

The issue now is trying to get setup Gmail to "receive" messages from same company account.

When i go to 'Check mail from other account', and click 'Add a mail account' & enter email, message says "You have already linked one account with Gmailify   - guess doesn't allow multiple account links??

    The other option is

but the IT Admin sent info for IMAP, not POP server - is it possible to make the IMAP work or is Or is that it has tPOP server only option?

    Hi Skypeman ,

Greetings, from your description, I understand you are setting up a multifunction device or application to send email using Office 365, right? If so, please refer to the link below to check whether you have configured the related parameter correctly.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/Exchange/mail-flow-best-practices/how-to-set-up-a-multifunction-device-or-application-to-send-email-using-office-3?redirectSourcePath=%252fen-us%252farticle%252fhow-to-set-up-a-multifunction-device-or-application-to-send-email-using-office-365-69f58e99-c550-4274-ad18-c805d654b4c4 (If default port of your device is port 465, it does not support SMTP client submission.)

If I have misunderstanding, please feel free to correct me, and if the error still appears when you configure your account with the steps above, could you please offer me following information for further analysis?

    1. The screenshots about how you configure your account, and whether your device supports TLS 12.0 or above.
    2. Is your account managed in pure cloud, On-Premises or hybrid?
    3. Has your account been enabled multi-factor authentication? If so, try to configure your account with app password and view whether the outcome is different.
    4. If you change your password, whether there is any difference.

    Best Regards,

    Betty

Is there a reason for not using auto setup?
