Can't sync notebook

This notebook hasn’t been updated in 27 days. Check if it has been moved or deleted from the server and sync again.

Can't sync section

We can't access this section file or the attached file because the file was moved, the file name is invalid, or the file permissions have been changed. (Error code: 0x2 bdf5f) https://w*******u-my.sharepoint.com/personal/a****_arshad_w******u_/Documents/FOM%20IV/

Hi I figured it out. It turns out that a month ago I moved the notebooks on my drive. I just had to move them back. The error was stating it couldnt locate the notebooks so I placed them back into the folder where it could locate them. it's syncing perfectly now. Thanks for your help!

    Hi Arshad,

We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by the problem.

Firstly, we suggest you backup the notes that are not synced to prevent the loss of changes made to your notebook. (we asked you this because, in the process of troubleshooting we need to close the notebook)

After backing up the notes, we suggest you follow the exact steps and see the outcome:

    a. Open the problematic notebook in OneNote Online.

    b. Now, close the problematic notebook from the OneNote application.

    c. After closing, go to problematic notebook in OneNote Online and click on Open in OneNote to open the notebook in OneNote application

    d. Now add some change to the notebook and check whether it syncs without any problem or not.

If still problem occurs, can you please provide the following information:

    1. Screenshot of the error message encountered.
    2. Your OneNote application version. (Open OneNote application> Click on OneNote in menu bar> About OneNote)

    Regards,

    Chitrahaas
