Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hello Clara,
I am glad to help you for your case here.
Since your thread was posted in Office 365 for Buisness category, my understanding is the sender using Office 365 account to send emails with highlight in the Office 365 Outlook Web App, please clarify if I misunderstand, thanks.
If so, first may I know if the recipient is using Outlook Web App or Outlook Client to receive the messages? If the recipient is also using Outlook Web App, please double confirm if the recipeint enabled the Dark Mode in the Outlook Web App. As some highlight colors may not able to be seen under Dark Mode. Please suggest the recipient to double check via Settings ( it is like a gear on the up-right corner of Outlook Web App) > Dark Mode ( disable it), thanks.
On another hand, if this is not the recipient's scenario, for further investigation I'd like to collect some more information as below:
- If the sender can see the highlight in his own sent item folder in Outlook Web App?
- If all recipients cannot see the highlight in the received emails? Please try to send the email with highlight to some more recipients and check the test results, thanks.
- If the recipient is using Outlook Client, please suggest the recipient click File > Office Account and then take a full screenshot about the Outlook Client to me here.
- Please provide somre generated screenshots about the emails with highlight ( the emails in both sender and recipient side), thanks.
Best regards,
Oliver
