Hi

I’m a paid up subscriber to O365 however when I access Word or Excel on my Chromebook basic functions are missing which are too numerous to log here but the main one I am enquiring about is format painter in Word. It's such a basic function and yet I cant understand why its missing. Why are non-windows using people penalised in this way even though i am paying for a service?
