Error code 30045-39 (1)

I have purchased the upgrade for Office 365 and I am getting the following error  30045-39(1).   Can anyone advise how to resolve this error?

    Hi WendyCanessa,

    I'm Charles, an Independent advisor trying to help.

    It has tried to perform a reinstallation, generally, this process solves that problem, for it, uninstall Office and re-execute it. As support, I will add two links, one where it indicates step by step how to uninstall and the next shows the reinstallation. More detail see here:

    Hi Wendy, I'm Peter an independent advisor, I've been looking through some support articles and a few users with the same error have fixed the issue by uninstalling Office and reinstalling.
