Grey, but now Power Query is known as "Get & Transform in Excel 2016."
For Office365 / 2019 /2016 you will do the same with: Data Ribbon > Get Data, check out the supoprt below:

I have a PC with Excel 365 Personal (annual sub) yet Power Query is not a menu item and it is not in the list of COM add-ins.
How do I get it on that machine?
When I try to download it it comes up with a message to say it's already included in Excel 2016 - but 2016 has been uninstalled from the PC in favour of 365.
This is the error I get when i try to install the add-in - but 2016 has been uninstalled !!!
Many thanks

Hi,
In Office365 (Excel 206 and higher version), Power Query does not appear in the Ribbon. It is available under Data > Get & Transform.
Dear GreyNewt,
Thanks for participating in the Microsoft Community. I'm an Independent Advisor and I'll help you.
In order to use Excel's Power Query experience to create a query that imports data from a web page in Office 365 / 2019 versions, you could see this process below:
https://support.office.com/en-us/article/power-...
But you could try to add the Power Query tabs with this process;

Do not hesitate to ask if you need more information.
I hope it has been useful to you.
Regards,
Renzo.
Thanks Renzo - but my problem is that I don't have access to Power Query and the install link doesn't work - giving me a 2016 message.
Hi Ashish - I don't have the Power Query tab or the Data> Get & Transform and I can't install it !
