Upload document on Microsoft Forms

Hello,

I recently created a Microsoft form that included the upload document feature. I was able to add the form to my SharePoint site using a Web Part. While testing the upload, I saw the document saved to my OneDrive account, however on the SharePoint site the file just kept spinning and never let me submit the form. Is there any further documentation regarding the upload feature or troubleshooting information?

Thanks

Hi Norman,

Thanks for your reply.

Now, the Upload file question can’t upload CSV file.

I could understand you feeling, I know it will be more convenience for you if we can upload CSV file.

I also think it is a good idea, given the situation, we suggest you submit your idea via UserVoice and hope to provide better products and service for you.

It is the best way to let our related team to hear your voice.

Thanks for your understanding.

Qing

    Hi Qing,

I was able to test the form without it being embedded into the SharePoint web part. It does seem to work with the upload feature as a stand alone. My only other issue is that I am not able to upload CSV files which works well with PowerShell.

    Thanks,

    Norman

    Hi Norman,

Thanks for posting the question on our forum.

According to your description, I want to confirm if you add the file upload question to the form.

If so, I suggest you try another browser to access the SharePoint site to check the result.

Besides, can you upload file and submit it on Microsoft forms which didn’t added to SharePoint site?

If the issue still exists, I want to collect the following information for further analysis:

    1. Check if other forms also meet the issue.
    2. Did other users can submit the response?
    3. Have you tried another site to insert the form to check the result?

    Regards,

    Qing
