Make sure that you remove any filters that you have applied, from both of the workbooks. And unhide all rows, if any were hidden.

A coworker and I have been working on the same workbook, but copied and saved in different places. After filling in hundreds of rows, I needed to copy my work into her workbook. When I tried to copy and past these cells from mine to hers (both opened on my computer), a lot of cells are skipped. I have googled and searched through tips and forums to figure this out and no matter what method I attempt to do this, it will not work. I even selected only 4 cells (without empty rows in between) and it still would only paste 2 random cells from what was selected.
I know I can copy and paste numerous cells from one workbook to another because I have done this before. Never have I had a problem with excel.
The data I am working with are email addresses. I tried using all hyperlinked and non-hyperlinked.
