How do I create a matrix that looks like this in OneNote

⌈  1   2   3 | 10  ⌉

|  4   5   6 | 11   |

⌊ 7   8   9  | 12  ⌋

I can't find an option that allows you to create a matrix in OneNote. Ink to math does not seem to be able to recognize the line that goes down between the second to last number and the last number.

This link is not a valid solution. It still assumes the user can see the create matrix button. The problem is, there is no create matrix button. The shortcut provided does not work. This applies to both Onenote and Onenote 2016. Please advise.
