Cannot create quick Note in OneNote 365

Question

As the title states, I cannot create a quick note using OneNote 365 as I have been able to previously.  A lot of posts suggest a "VIEW" tab and then a send to onenote option...…….

I cannot see this......

Hoping someone out there can advise please?

Anna doesn't understand that you are using OneNote for Windows 10 (what you call OneNote 365), the OneNote without a File menu.

You are missing OneNote 2016.

To get it (back):

yes, I saw this post and, as per my problem title, I could not see anything resembling the tabs shown.  No View.... create Quick note etc. etc.
