Hi

I have a word document which has words in specific to a database I use. These database specific words are coming up as spelling errors, I can add them to dictionary, which stops Word thinking it's a spelling error, however, when I share it these are still coming up as error. Is there anyway to prevent this? Thanks

You can mark these terms when you insert them to not be checked. This is done using a proofing language setting. The simple way to do it is with a character style that has the attribute of do not check spelling or grammar.
