Additional permissions.

Question

When opening a  Word document from Outlook or downloading, Word 365 does not open the file, but rather it shows a message saying that additional permissions are required to access the file, and when i grant access, it says that i do not have access privileges. Please i need to solve this as it is holding up my word.

Please close/quit all open Office application

>>Please open Key chain Access

>>Click Add New keychain ( You may add any password you desire)

>>Right click the newly created keychain access

>>Make as default

Please try to open Word document .
