Server Draft Location Error making File > Options not changeable on ANY Office apps after updating Office 365

I updated my Office app on my computer (Dell XPS 13 running Windows 10) today (11/29/2019) because I wanted to use a feature that my previous version of PPT (2016) didn't have.  When I did so and tried to change the feature in the ribbon (File > Options > Customize Ribbon), I got the following message:

"The server drafts location you entered for offline editing is not valid or you do not have permission to access that location. Specify a location on your local computer."

The message on the Save section in Options says Office no longer supports checking out server drafts.  I could care less, since I don't use a server for my docs.  However, this also means I can't change any of the settings in Options, not only for PowerPoint but also for all of my Office programs (I checked Word and Excel).

The problem is that this field server location field is locked, so I can't type anything into it, to specify another location.

What needs to happen so I can get the option to change Options back?  This is very important, as I have several programs that are add-ins, and if something happens to them, I can't fix it, and I can't get any other add-ins until this problem is fixed.

I already tried restarting my computer and uninstalling and reinstalling Office.

Please help!
