OneNote stopped syncing

I recently started experiencing an error in OneNote where syncing stopped.  Sync Status shows "OneNote can't connect to the network. We'll try to sync your notes when the network is available. Page has never been synced | E000006B ctctv"

macOS Mojave

OneNote 365 16.27

Microsoft 365 and Office | OneNote | For home | Windows

    One correction, I’m on 16.26. I tried what you recommended and still have the same issue.  I have an internet connection established (loading OneNote online).

    Hi G_K_MAC,

    Have you seen the changes in OneNote online? and if the isuue only occur in a specific notebook or all the notebooks.

    Please Create a new notebook and then move the pages into it, see if you can sync it or not.

    If the isuue remains in the new notebook, Please change another location(personal OneDrive) to create notebook and tset again so taht we can exclude the reasons fome your OneDrive.

    I also sugget you changing your network environment in order to eliminate the cause from network/proxy/firewall.

    Hi G_K_MAC,

    Go to OneNote online check if the changes appear and then click Open in OneNote on the ribbon.

    According to the error message, Please change your network environment (home/company/phone) and see if the issue remains.

    If the version is 16.27, I suppose you are using Office insider channel which will bring more risk than normal version.
