Translation function stuck

Every time I want to translate a document or translate a content, the translation window will always get stuck. Even if I right click and reload, the circle will not move and get stuck. I tried to reinstall the office and it didn't work. My computer is win 7 X64, with the office version number (red circle) and the stuck translation function.

    Sorry no, I tried most of them, but none make translation function works.

    Any other idea?
