Trying to find old/lost MSCE certification

Can somebody please help me out, I did my MCSE in 1999 but all I have is my card which says MCP MCP+I MCSE and my MCP ID number.

I would like to access the information on what exams I took back then, but don't know how to access this online as I have no logon which I can remember.

Thank you

Had the same issue locating some NT 4.0 MCSE tests I'd taken but went to the Microsoft Learning Dashboard. Once you have a profile, you can link it to old profiles you may have had in the past.
