I am having a problem with SUBSTITUTE formula in Excel 64bit. Formula is created to replace Lat to Cyr characters and is working in Excel 32bit, but when I try to paste formula in Excel 64bit, there is an error message like "too many nestings".

The document created in Excel 32bit with the formula can be used in Excel 64bit, but it is not possible to create document with the formula in 64bit Excel.

Have you saved your file as .xlsx? If not, save it as .xlsx, close it and open again.
