I have de-installed my Office 365 and have purchased Office 2016 Pro. Trying to install and I get a Bootstrap Error - Stopped Working. Now I tried to download Bootstrap, but I now have no active account so I cannot download Bootstrap. It seems a chicken and Egg scenario? What is the answer?
