Unable to access application / No service running

My objective is to Deploy using GitHub Actions into Azure Kubernetes Service
Github actions ran successfully however I'm unable to access the application via URL/IP
No services are running when checked via kubectl
Access web via DNS I get "502 Bad Gateway" error while via IP the error is "default backend - 404"
Network Troubleshooting.
Not sure what I am missing here, I double checked the guide to confirm where I am going wrong but couldn't figure out.

The resources are namespace. if you specify a specific namespace we need to use -n <namespacename> to view the resources from kubectlkubectl get service -n <namespace name> or kubectl get service -A (to view all services in the cluster)
