    Hi LCaszan,

Sorry to hear this bad news from you. Based on your description, you found that a table with 4 columns on one of your note pages is missing and you have tried to reopen the notebook in OneNote for iOS application.

First of all, I suggest you can go to OneNote for the weband open the notebook, see whether your changes have been synced and saved to your cloud storage.

If the OneNote for the web didn’t show up the new changes on that page. I am afraid your changes more likely lost. Probably, you may give a shot with the following methods and see whether you can find the lost notes back.

1: In OneNote for the web, under View tab > Deleted notes to check whether the notes is accidently removed.

2: Use Search feature to search the related content and see whether the missing notes is misplaced in other places.

    For your information:

    Find my lost notes

    Best regards,

    Dihao
