Not showing the "view results" button at the end of a quiz

Hello, I am an IT teacher and manager of my school's online courses. Lately, a colleague of mine has been dealing with a problem at Microsoft Forms. At the end of her quizzes, the "view results" button is not shown. However, the option "show results automatically" is checked correctly. I suggested her to add the email receipt with the answers but not every student is OK with that, we need the immediate response of the system. The other strange thing is that this problem is not happening with every student! At the same quiz, some of them get the "view results" option, and some don't. 

How can this issue be solved? Thank you!!

Sorry for the trouble caused at your end.

As per your description, we’ve tested at our end by submitting the responses for the Quiz in the Microsoft Forms and the users who submitted the responses can see the View Results once they submit the responses. Since at students end the View Results is not displayed after submitting the responses, we assume Quiz should be corrupted somehow. To narrow down the problem, we suggest you duplicate the Quiz and check the outcome. Follow the below steps:

Open the problematic Quiz in Microsoft Forms-> Share-> + Get a link to duplicate-> Copy the link and paste it in the new tab of the browser-> Duplicate it-> Change the Quiz name as per your requirement-> Click on three dots beside Send-> Settings-> Make sure “Show results automatically” option is checked-> Now click Send and copy the link to share with students to check the outcome.

In addition, we also suggest you check whether this problem happens with the new Quiz.

Thank you for your answer! Unfortunately, the problem is not solved. The problem continues with some students getting the "view results" option, and some not (at the same quiz).

Sorry to hear that, the problem you’re encountering is weird because some users see View Results but some can’t. So, we would like to narrow down the problem by creating a new quiz and check at the user's end.
