Access Database Isn't Showing All Data

Hello,

I am new to Access. I had a database setup for me by a previous employee that worked great! I.T. had to restore my computer, and now the database won't run. We tried to fix it but no luck, so I recreated one of the reports, but it's not pulling all the data.

I have a table named Pricing for all the parts we manufacture and another table that is linked to our ERP system that pulls all parts that were shipped. We often have spot buy orders with part numbers that aren't on my pricing list. I want it to return those spot buy parts with a $0.00 value, but it doesn't include them at all. Any suggestions?

"now the database won't run" is no good; we need precise information and error messages quoted verbatim.

Re your query: right click the join line and select "all from Pricing and ..."

I didn't even know that was an option, but it worked! Thank you

On my other database, I get ODBC--connection to 'mmf-svr' failed. I.T. at our corporate level took a look at the connections, and everything is showing that it's running correctly. I read something about maybe the I.T. address is wrong. I'm not sure where to even begin to fix it.
