Outlook & OWA displays plain text, instead of formatted HTML display

Hi All,

Seems like the HTML formatting is not working in Outlook 2016 & OWA . This is not happening from all senders and not affect all users.
We got a Exchange 2013 & O365 Hybrid Environment.
One HTML formatting Email from one sender shown as plain-txt.

Users onprem & o365 are affected
OS Win10
All use the same Outlook 2016 Version
Outlook Trust Center Settings are the same
HTML” option is selected against “Compose messages in this format

According to the information provided, this issue seems to only occur on emails from a specific sender.

I would like to confirm with you:

Does this issue occur on all emails from the sender or just on some of them?

Do you have a mail flow rule setup for this sender?

Hi,
Since OWA is having the same problem, I suppose this issue may be on the sender's side.
Would it be possible that the emails were actually sent in plain text?

Please have a check of the message header and check the Content-Type part.
