Using MS Forms within Teams - Polls within a Chat

Hello,

I've been attempting to create a new quick poll within a Teams chat using Forms. I can create the poll and preview, but am unable to answer myself and when I send the poll to the chat, the poll is double posted and no one is able to respond.

Additionally, when I try to answer a poll created successfully by another user, it stat's "Unable to reach app. Please try again".

I also have had issues creating a poll using the bot.

I have read through theprevious created question, however the answer provided did not work for me.

I have uninstalled, reinstalled and updated my Teams today. The version is 1.3.00.4461 (64-bit). It was last updated on 3/5/20.

I have also restarted my computer, and tried using the Webapp instead of my desktop app, but nothing has worked so far.

Any additional guidance would be appreciated!

Hi Anna, thanks for the advice. Unfortunately when I try to call that number it does not go through (also appears to be for the Philippines where I am not). I'll wait to see if anyone else has a response or try to find a different number.
