Language changes when share excel file online

Hi, 

When I share an Excel file online to other users? The language of the menu bar changes in our local language instead of English. 

Can you help me to resolve this issue so that I can fix the language as the English of these users?

    The best way to set the display language in Office for the web is to set the language in the host where your documents live. That's usually OneDrive, SharePoint, Dropbox, etc. When you open a document from one of those sites, Office Online will use the display language you have that service set to.

    To get the best assistance, we strongly recommend submitting your concern to our OneDrive Email support. Please follow these steps: Sign in to **onedrive.com** using any browser. Click the "?" icon (Help icon) on the top banner of the page. Select Email OneDrive Support, submit your concern and then follow the prompts to request support.
