Cannot exit Microsoft 2010 File Format Converter

My PC is showing this error message to prevent me to shutdown my laptop "Cannot exit Microsoft 2010 File Format Converter".

    If you press/hold the Pwr key it will force a shutdown

    And/Or Task manager close the process
