I have created a Sharepoint Site and now my colleague can not seem to find it. I have her as an Owner and I can see her as part of our Sharepoint. SHe is using another Site but this new site is unseen by her. Help?

Hi jeffkeill,
As per your description, it may take more time to sync the site to SharePoint online or Outlook. When the sites are created, Office 365 groups will also be created. It may take some time to make the groups be shown in Outlook Web App.
First, I suggest you let the user go to site by URL to see the result.
Let’s try the following to narrow down the issue:
1.Click on setting>Site permissions>Advance permissions settings>click Grant Permission and share the site with the affected users with proper permissions. Refresh the browser. Check if the users can access.
2.Try to share a new site with the user so that we can check whether this issue is related to specific site.
3.Check whether other users encounter the same issue to determine if the issue is related to specific user.
4.Login in to Office 365 Admin Portal> Admin Centers> SharePoint> User Profiles> Manage User Profiles> Enter the user’s name and check whether you can find her there.
I appreciate your time and understanding.
Best Regards
Waqas Muhammad
