Excel Secret Voting System

Hi 

who can help me with this ?

this is for voting the board of an association. 

the voting spreadsheet is online on the homepage of the association.

to enable secret voting, the spreadsheet has a special column .

the voters have two choices : either making a X entry into the cell with the name or making an X entry into the random entries cell.

in case a voter is making the X entry into the random entry cell and hitting enter, the X disappears from the random entry cell and goes to a name cell randomly. 

so after the voting is completed, nobody can tell, if the X was dedicated or randomly chosen.

    Hi Hekspoilr

    This could be solved using VBA but

    Given the fact that your voting spreadsheet is online, I'm afraid the macros would not perform on online excel files.

    So a suggest you try to use Microsoft Forms.

    Check the video tutorial for a quick inside the Microsoft Forms

    and in your case at minute 2:00 the "Choice Option" is the one you might need.
