Microsoft Team Channel loading loop (Android)

I was invited into a team. I was also then invited to a private channel within the team. I've successfully joined , but my android app seems to be stuck in a loading loop. Whenever i click on that private channel , it seems to load indefinitely.

    I then went ahead and install Microsoft Teams on my desktop. The desktop app works just fine , everything loads just fine there.

    I've tried reinstalling the android app , re-login in , trying it on another phone. Nothing works. Please help , it is preferable that I dont need to quit and get reinvited 😢

    1. I have tried using different connections , It's not working.
    2. I've clear the caches of my browser , still not working.
    3. I have no other Office 365 related apps on my device .
    4. I rebooted my device and open M.Teams apps , still load looping.
    5. I've uninstalled Google Authenticator app as I see other people having issues with authenticator apps , still not working.
    • I do not have a Office 365 account , I'm just using my normal Microsoft account I had registered ,which I can use to login Skype. I'm using a free account.
    • Only I have this issue.
    • I can login fine. it's just that I can't load one specific private channel.
    • There's no update for Teams. version 1416/1.0.0.2020031206

    This appears to be syncing issues or server issues with your account for that channel.

    Have you tried deleting the application and installation again?

    Have a backup of your phone and restore it if it's an option for you.

    From your website, can you open this channel without problems?

    Noop , even with other phones , it's still the same result

    You can read this

    1. Try to use a different network connection to check if issue exists.
    2. Try to clear device default browser caches (please be kindly noted that this method will removed all related history records and caches).
    3. Completely exit all Office 365 related applications on device and only start Teams app to test this issue. Temporarily exit any mobile device manager or antivirus.

    Meanwhile, if you’ve tried above methods and issue still exists, may I confirm the following information from you?

    1. Whether your account is pure Office 365 online? If so, you may try to use the default domain (@contoso.onmicrosoft.com) to see if you can login in Teams.
    2. Please confirm whether other user in same organization have the same issue.
    3. Issue happened after you entered username and password? When error message prompts, is there any error code next to it?
    4. Try to check updates for Teams, if there’s no available updates, could you please share the current full version number of it with us?
