Excel right click "insert row" missing

I have checked all the advanced features to make sure I am including the options for excel.  Last week I noticed that when I right click, I no longer have an option to insert rows, columns in excel.  I can use the Tell Me feature at the top of the excel page and type in "insert row" and it will do it, but I really want to have the right click option back.  It is not greyed out, it just is no longer an option in my right click menu.  Using excel 2019, Windows 10.  Any other solutions?

Hi, I'm Elise, an independent advisor and I'd be happy to help with your issue.

Try to highlight a row, then select insert on the ribbon bar, under the home tab, and select insert sheet row.

Please see the attached image for details.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

    Kind Regards,

    Elise

Thank you!  I do understand how to find it as a heading, I appreciate the response!  I was more looking for an answer/solution to the right click menu ability, as that is so much more efficient within the file while working...especially in large files with lots of data.  Thank you so much for your response!

You are correct, and it looks like our IT department did the fix for us!  Thanks so much!  The answer would have been that this was missing altogether in the menu that you are showing me, we only had Cut, Copy, Paste, and Delete....the Insert option was gone.  We have the fix now, thank you so much for your assistance!
