Server 2019 failing to boot

Hello,

A server was hung on 100% applying windows updates, so I tried running the following command that I found that was supposed to assist with the issue:

DISM /Image:D:\ /Cleanup-Image /revertpendingactions

After running the command, the server just bluescreens when booting with the error: "PNP DETECTED FATAL ERROR"

Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Sorry, I forgot to mention that the server won't boot via any of the Safe mode options, and won't boot using last known good configuration as well.

The BSOD PNP DETECTED FATAL ERROR = bugcheck CA

This indicates that the Plug and Play Manager encountered a severe error, probably as a result of a problematic Plug and Play driver.

    See if you can find:
    %systemroot%\minidump
    %systemroot%\memory.dmp

Post share links using one drive, drop box, or google drive.

See if you can find them by searching using:

    C:\windows\minidump
    C:\windows\memory.dmp
    C:\windows\livekernelreports

    D:\windows\minidump
    D:\windows\memory.dmp
    D:\windows\livekernelreports

Please run both the V2 and DM log collectors (the V2 log collector may not work on windows servers but it collects more useful log files and folders for troubleshooting)> post share links into this thread
