I am getting an OnLoad error when I try to open a Access form that worked previously
I have an Access form that worked a few minutes ago, but when I tried to view the form I got this error.
There is no way to step though the form to see what is causing the error.
Help!
Thanks,

2021-08-06T19:35:32.587+00:00 If you are referring to the Compact and Repair? Yes, I did.
When I open the VBA editor to review the code. The code is there, but when I type ME<.> nothing happens. I am not getting any objects I placed on the form. No ComboBoxes, TextBoxes, or Buttons.
Nothing

2021-08-06T19:56:21.633+00:00 When you type "Me," that's inside an event procedure, right?

2021-08-06T20:08:52.187+00:00 Yes.
ME is the form I am working with.I have had this happen to me several times in the past and the only way I have been able to fix it is recreate the form and everything on it. This is not efficient.

2021-08-06T21:06:34.75+00:00 That shouldn't be the only way to fix it. However, I was asking and trying to confirm that you were entering/typing Me inside an event procedure. Are you? I don't think you can just type Me anywhere in the Form's module and expect the intellisense to work. So, just wanted to make sure you were in the right place when you were expecting the intellisense to work. If you must recreate the form, we can try another method.

2021-08-06T22:42:33.693+00:00 Where a form has become corrupted the corruption can in most cases be corrected by copying the form to the clipboard, and pasting it under a new name. If the copy functions correctly you can then delete the original form and rename the copy with the original name.

2021-08-06T23:00:37.457+00:00 Hi. Thanks. That's correct, but that's probably not the form with the problem, correct? Can you also post a screenshot where you typed Me in the form that doesn't display the dropdown options? I'm sure you're doing it correctly, but this request would just make sure we're all on the same page and that we're not missing anything obvious. Cheers!

2021-08-06T23:02:35.943+00:00 I opened the corrupted form. Selected it, Did Ctrl+C to copy it opened anew form in design mode and did a Ctrl+V.
No new form was created.

2021-08-06T23:12:36.18+00:00 Thank you!
Can you try the following also?
- Create a new blank database
- Import the form with the problem
- Open it in Design View
- Go to one of its Event Procedures
- Check if the Intellisense is still not working
Cheers!

2021-08-07T22:12:39.19+00:00 To copy a form you do not open it, either in form view or design view. Select the form in the navigation pane, right click and select Copy in the shortcut menu, then right click again and select Paste. In the ensuing dialogue paste the form either under the default name Access assigns, or under a new name of your choice.

I Something is screwy.
